Misogynist pigs, women are valuable beyond the ability to give birth

There have been several instances of people deciding to sue for some pretty ridiculous occurrences, but this one takes the cake.
A Chinese man by the name of Jian Feng recently won $120,000 after suing his wife for birthing him ugly children. The case was in favor of Mr. Feng under circumstances of “false advertising.” After initially accusing his wife of cheating, she came forward to reveal that before she met Feng, she underwent over $100,000 in intensive plastic surgery to drastically alter her appearance. What kind of chauvinistic, pig-headed judge would allow for a woman’s children to be deemed legally ugly?
According to Fox News, after receiving this knowledge about his spouse, Feng filed the lawsuit saying the woman convinced him to marry her under false pretenses.
“I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me,” Feng told The Irish Times.
Can anyone please explain how someone can fall out of love simply because their child is not good-looking? The appearance of your children should not determine your feelings about your spouse. “Till death do us part” does not contain fine print stating, “Till death do us part, unless our kids are terrifyingly unattractive.”
Not only did Feng accuse his wife of cheating, but after suing her, he also filed for divorce. Once a couple decides to have a child, the two of them take a risk of their son or daughter being born with deformities or mental and physical disabilities. Before birth, there are very few ways to tell if a child will be born without any issues; however, any parent in their right mind should love their kids no matter what they may look like.
Hundreds of couples every year unexpectedly become blessed with a child affected by Down Syndrome. Just because that child may look different than the world’s standards of being “attractive” does not give any human being the right to love them any less than if that child would have been born without the ailment.
Jian Feng should not have won this court case under any circumstances. Not only did he destroy his marriage on the basis of looks, he also set his children up for a lifetime of shame. How would you feel if you knew your parents got a divorce because you were ugly?
For the sake of marital honesty, Feng’s ex-wife should not have kept her Barbie body a secret, but if Feng’s priority in having children was to make sure they were attractive, maybe he should have known his wife better, personally, before making the decision to permanently scar his offspring.
